Magebound
Melusine’s blood is worth more than her life; just a drop can heal or harm. For eight years, she’s been shackled to the kingdom that murdered her family as they drain her and suppress her true power—hidden wings and a serpent’s tail.
A mysterious band of mages liberate her, but there’s a price to Melusine’s newfound freedom. They want her to retrieve the long missing Staff of Boreas. Though their intentions are questionable, she is in no position to deny.
But the staff doesn’t belong to the mages. Its true owner, Kalais, has been watching Melusine in her cell. He’s winged and charming, but a nasty curse is keeping him away from the staff. If the mages secure it first, he will never reclaim his rightful place as the North Wind. To help him, all Melusine has to do is betray her saviors.
Caught between her magical emancipators and a fallen immortal prince, Melusine isn’t sure who has earned her loyalty. Before she can choose, the very mages who saved her magically bind her to their will.
With her personal agency lost and her heart drawn to a man she should not trust, Melusine must fight for freedom and begin to rely on the monstrous body that has only betrayed her in the past.
